Return Policy
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
All jewelry, personalized items, and clearance or sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer returns or refunds, if an item arrives physically damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at Cococharms21@yahoo.com or message us via website with proof of purchase and clear photos of the damage.

All tracking numbers will be sent once items has shipped, please allow 48 hours
